1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LoveFestSF website and attending the LoveFestSF 2025 festival ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or attend the Event.

2. Event Admission

• All attendees must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• A valid ticket or RSVP confirmation is required for entry.
• LoveFestSF reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual at its sole discretion.
• Re-entry policies will be communicated at the venue and may vary by day.

3. Tickets & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the Event is cancelled by the organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by LoveFestSF.
• Resale of tickets at prices above face value is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Treat fellow attendees, artists, staff, and vendors with respect and kindness.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
• Not bring prohibited items including weapons, illegal substances, or professional recording equipment without authorization.
• LoveFestSF reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

By attending LoveFestSF 2025, you voluntarily assume all risks related to the Event, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, exposure to loud music, inclement weather, and interactions with other attendees. LoveFestSF, its organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the Event.

6. Photography & Recording

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant LoveFestSF the right to use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, and marketing without compensation. Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise restricted in specific areas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoveFestSF website — including logos, graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of LoveFestSF or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Website Use

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveFestSF and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or attendance at the Event.

LoveFestSF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
